Finally, a Tea Garden Guide That Meets You Where You Are

You’ve thought about growing your own herbs. Maybe more than once. The idea of stepping outside in the morning, breathing in lavender and chamomile, and brewing something you actually made — it’s stayed with you.
Growing Your Own Tea Garden: From Seed to Cup is the guide that finally makes it real.

Not Just a Gardening Book. A Complete Life Practice.

Written by Dagny Kream (@TheCottagePeach), this isn’t a dry reference manual full of Latin taxonomy and soil chemistry jargon. It’s an intimate, deeply practical guide from someone who turned to the earth during the hardest chapter of her life — and found something extraordinary waiting there.
Whether you have a sprawling backyard or a single apartment balcony, this book was written for you.

What’s Inside
14 chapters. 24 plants. 10 signature tea blends. Zero overwhelm. From your very first seed to your first handcrafted cup, every step is covered:
∙ Know your growing environment — hardiness zones, frost dates, microclimates, sunlight mapping — so you stop guessing and start growing with confidence
∙ Container gardening done right — a complete system for balconies, patios, and small spaces that actually works
∙ Plant-by-plant growing guides for 24 essential tea herbs, from chamomile and lavender to hibiscus and tulsi, with exact planting, care, and harvesting instructions for each
∙ Seasonal care calendars — know exactly what to do in spring, summer, fall, and winter so nothing catches you off guard
∙ 10 original tea blend recipes crafted for real purposes: deep sleep, morning energy, immune support, digestion, meditation, celebration, and more
∙ Troubleshooting for pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies, and weather stress — so small problems don’t become big losses

The Tea Garden You’ve Been Putting Off? This Is Why You Start Today.
There’s a reason people who grow their own herbs describe it as grounding. Science backs it up — time in nature lowers cortisol, lifts mood, sharpens focus. But there’s something even more specific that happens when the plant in your hands is destined for your cup.
It’s not just gardening. It’s a daily ritual that belongs entirely to you.
Every morning walk through your garden. Every harvest. Every perfectly steeped blend of something you grew yourself. These are small acts — but they add up to a life that feels more intentional, more connected, more yours.

Questions, answered

How long is it?

61 pages across 14 chapters, with 24 plant guides and 10 blend recipes. Long enough to be useful, short enough that you'll finish it.

I've never grown anything. Is this too much?

No. The early chapters go in order: your growing environment, containers, planning, tools, soil, then seed starting. The plant guides come after that. You don't need to know anything going in.

I don't have a yard.

Chapter 3 is container tea gardens for small spaces. A porch, a balcony, or one sunny window is enough to start.

I don't live in Massachusetts. Will this work where I am?

Chapter 2 is about understanding your own growing environment, so you're working with your conditions instead of copying mine.

How do I get it?

It's a digital download. You get access right after checkout.

Can I get a refund?

Because it's a digital download, all sales are final. If you're on the fence, flip through the pages above or grab the free guides first.

Should I get the bundle instead?

If you'll want the recipe book, the container guide and the 82-plant directory too, yes. The bundle is all four for $47, which is $18 less than buying them separately.
